Courses must be radiology-based or medical-imaging-based.

If the person holds a license to engage in radiation therapy or radiologic imaging, he or she must complete 24 continuing education credits every 2 years.

If the person practices as a radiologic assistant, he or she must complete 50 continuing education credits every 2 years.

A person who holds a limited license must complete 20 continuing education credit, every 2 years,  relating to category A or A+, as established by the American Registry for Radiologic Technologists.

Mammography- Mandatory 15 continuing education credits every 3 years.
