I wanted to post a thank you note to all of our customers for their patience during Hurricane Irma.  It was a massive storm with all types of damage; from fallen trees to loss of life.  We are hopeful that all Americans will come together and help one another.  We can see that people do come together during a crisis and hope that it can continue into the future years.


I am glad to report that our power was restored last evening.  We are again fully operational and our customer service department is now available to take your calls and answer your questions.  Orders are also being shipped as normal.  Thank you for your patience!


We are still without power but we have shipped all orders that came in from Friday afternoon until noon today.  If you ordered your test for Fedex two day shipping and your order was placed Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday we upgraded your shipping to next day service. 

We are now totally back on schedule with shipping your order.  We are still without power so the phone service is still down.  The best way to reach us with customer service questions is to email us at  We are able to respond to email requests.

The quickest way to receive your test results is to use our online testing site at  Tests are graded immediately and you can download and print your certificate immediately.  If you are attempting to fax your test to us, our fax server will be unavailable until power is restored. In preparation for Hurricane Irma, our office will be closed from Saturday September 9, 2017 through at least Monday September 11, 2017.  This will affect our customer service phones.
