Thank You

I wanted to post a thank you note to all of our customers for their patience during Hurricane Irma.  It was a massive storm with all types of damage; from fallen trees to loss of life.  We are hopeful that all Americans will come together and help one another.  We can see that people do come together during a crisis and hope that it can continue into the future years.

WE ARE FULLY OPERATIONAL

I am glad to report that our power was restored last evening.  We are again fully operational and our customer service department is now available to take your calls and answer your questions.  Orders are also being shipped as normal.  Thank you for your patience!

HOORAY. WE ARE SHIPPING AGAIN!!!

We are still without power but we have shipped all orders that came in from Friday afternoon until noon today.  If you ordered your test for Fedex two day shipping and your order was placed Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday we upgraded your shipping to next day service. 

We are now totally back on schedule with shipping your order.  We are still without power so the phone service is still down.  The best way to reach us with customer service questions is to email us at office@gagece.com.  We are able to respond to email requests.

IRMA AFTERMATH

Our office did not sustain any damage, however there are widespread power outages which includes our office location.  We will be setting up an alternate office until power returns.  We expect to start shipping orders today and will be shipping FedEx expedited shipping as early as possible.  If you have questions, please send an email to office@gagece.com.  We are able to access our email and will answer your questions as soon as we can.

The quickest way to receive your test results is to use our online testing site at test.gagece.com.  Tests are graded immediately and you can download and print your certificate immediately.  If you are attempting to fax your test to us, our fax server will be unavailable until power is restored. You can scan an email your test sheet to test@gagece.com or office@gaagece.com.  These tests will be graded as soon as power is restored.

HURRICANE IRMA UPDATE

In preparation for Hurricane Irma, our office will be closed from Saturday September 9, 2017 through at least Monday September 11, 2017.  This will affect our customer service phones. The re-opening of our office will depend on the storm's effect on our location as well as on whether electricity and water are available.  Our website will continue to operate throughout the entire storm so that you may continue to order products and take online tests.  We hope to resume shipping as soon as the storm has passed.  If you need to order and complete tests more quickly than this, we offer a selection of courses in an electronic format.  Please visit the Ecourses section of our website.
